Why am I seeing a box next to the name in Correspondence?

Wendy Lyon (Customer) asked a question.

Why am I seeing a box next to the name in Correspondence?

Since yesterday, a little box is appearing next to the name of the sender/recipient of emails on the Correspondence page. What is this and how do I get rid of it? It is very distracting.

    Hi @Wendy Lyon (Customer),

Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

May I kindly request an image of how this little box may be appearing on your matter?

What should be appearing next to the sender/recipient of emails are either a SENT or RECEIVED tag.

If these two tags are not appearing correctly for you, I believe this may require further investigation by our support team to identify the issue.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Seng

        Hi @Wendy Lyon (Customer),

        Thank you for the image.

I can confirm that the boxes that are currently showing on your LEAP are supposed to be the SENT/RECEIVED tag.

I would ask that you please contact our Support team regarding this issue so they are able to investigate the root cause further with you directly.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

        Best regards,

        Seng
