May I ask if this is for RE Line 1, 2 or both that are affected?
May I also ask what LEAP version do you currently have? To check this, please go to LEAP Menu > About > Version (under your Username).
If the issue occurring on multiple/all matters, may I please ask you to contact our Support team regarding this issue via Live Chat or Email so they may further investigate the root cause directly with you.

It's both and I am on the latest version. However, it doesn't seem to be happening with every file. A lot of them but not all.
