CommunityI would love to have more insight into how to manage my emails with the Outlook/ Leap integration. I read an email, then "Save to Matter" (searching client name), go to matter, save in the right folder then reply. Then repeat. Is there a better way?

I would love to have more insight into how to manage my emails with the Outlook/ Leap integration. I read an email, then "Save to Matter" (searching client name), go to matter, save in the right folder then reply. Then repeat. Is there a better way?

    Another method to managing your emails with Outlook and LEAP integration would be:

    1. Read the email.
    2. Open the matter relating to the email.
    3. Navigate to the folder that you would like to save the email.
    4. Drag and drop the email from Outlook into the LEAP matter.
    5. Once the email is saved, proceed to open the e-mail and reply as desired.

        Correct, the process would still have to be repeated every time, but I believe this process should be quicker for you.

         

        May I confirm that I understood this correctly that you are unable to have both LEAP matter and Outlook opened side by side?

         

        If so, the issue may be related to your screen size and resolution. However you do not require both LEAP and Outlook to be opened side by side, as long as you are able to drag and drop the email from Outlook onto a LEAP matter that has already opened from the background (not minimised).
