    Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

     

    To collapse (hide) all attachments to emails in your matter please follow the steps below:

    1. Open a matter.
    2. Click the ellipsis icon (3 dots) in the top right corner of the matter.
    3. Hover over "Email Attachments" in the drop down menu.
    4. Click "Collapse".

     

    Each matter you open after making this setting change should by default have the email attachments collapsed.

     

    Let us know if you require further assistance.
