  • Hi @Wendy Lyon (Customer),

Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

Please follow the steps below to filter your correspondence list:

    1. Open your matter and ensure you're on the 'Details & Correspondence' window.
    2. In the top right corner of your correspondence list, Click the icon with the 3 dots vertically (ellipsis). This will appear next to the 'Created' or 'Modified' column (depending on what you've set as default).
    3. After clicking the ellipsis, you will have the option to change how the correspondence list is filtered. Please select if you would like your documents sorted by the creation date or by the modified date.
    4. Once you've selected one of the options, click the 'Created' or 'Modified' column until you see the arrow above the column facing downwards. If the the arrow is facing upwards, simply click the column again.

Your correspondence list should now be filtered by newest to oldest.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Alex
