The customer service I received was so disappointing. I rang the Leap helpline 8 times over 2 days and still have not received a reply, I couldn’t get onto the online chat for 2 days also. It was only on Thursday I finally got onto chat to a representative through online texting.
We are new to Leap and to have such bad customer service is very concerning considering the matter was of urgency.
The ladies who answered the phone when I rang constantly were so unprofessional and basically said I would just have to wait.
I think as a company you need to reconsider your customer service representatives and their skills. I would normally be the person who would be happy to share business with people looking for your type of software but in this case the company as a whole is extremely terrible.
