Dear Leap,
We wish to refer to the above matter and have been advised by our bookkeeper that the free trial for the Zero Package has now expired.
We had initially understood that we had signed up for the basic package with Zero and that it was included in the licence fee per month however, we would be obliged if you could revert back to us in this regard.
