    This happens to me a lot too - especially when trying to save more than one email to a matter. This is an area which should be prioritised for improvement, as it is time consuming. The primary means of contact now between client - solicitor and client - other party is email. There are hundreds of emails to be saved to matters daily. The time adds up.
