CommunityI just contacted Support because I can't get PDF's to open. Acrobat just doesn't seem to be loading when I try to open a doc. This seems to be happening since I have upgraded to Acrobat Pro.

    I have also found this, albeit intermittently, over the last few few weeks

    I never got a reply or response from the technician, but I found a way around it, which is to manually open acrobat and then go from there.
