Keys

Menu option

Description

Ctrl+MClicking User-added image in a Matter.Open your Matter List.
Ctrl+KMenu > Home > Cards on the LEAP Matter List.Open your Card List.
Ctrl+JMenu > Home > People on the LEAP Matter List.Open your People List.
Ctrl+DMenu > Home > Search All Correspondence on the LEAP Matter List.Open your Correspondence Search.
Ctrl+FMatter List > Advanced Search.Open the Advanced Matter Search window.
Ctrl+EThe User-added image icon in the top left of your matter.Creates a new Email for your Matter.
Ctrl+PThe User-added image icon in the top left of the window.Prints the displayed information in the window.
F5The User-added image icon in the top left of the window.Reloads the entries on the page.
F6The User-added image icon in the top left of the window.Opens Timesheet when on the Matter List. Creates a new Time Entry in a Matter.
Ctrl+RRight Click > Rename on a document in the Correspondence list.Prompt to rename the document selected.
Ctrl+SSave and Close.
Ctrl+NSave and create new. This will depend on the current window opened.


Toolbar functions

The following common functions appear on your list windows and several secondary windows as well.

Email iconEmailEmail statements and ledgers depending on the window you're on.
Printer iconPrintPrint or preview any document or the information or list on the window.
RefreshReloadClick to reload and update the data on your window.
User-added imageNew Timesheet EntryCreate a new time entry. This will open a new timesheet program.
Tools iconTool OptionsVaried options depending on which window you access it from. In general, you're able to sort, group, reset and show certain items.
Help iconHelp and Support OptionsAccess the online help and support options available to you.
Delete iconDeleteDeletes the selected item.

Save options

Function

Description

SaveSave option on the toolbar and select Save.Save your current information and keep the file open so you can keep working on it.
Save & CloseSave option on the toolbar.Save your current information and then close the window you're currently in.
Save & NewSave option on the toolbar and select Save & New.Save your current information and create a new version for you to enter data.
