The Stamp Duty Calculator has been updated in line with the Autumn 2024 Irish Stamp Duty changes.
These changes include:
These rates are effective for matters with a Date Opened or a Completion Date on or after 2nd October 2024. However, if the Contract was signed and deemed legally binding prior to 2nd October 2024 and the Closing Date is before 1st January 2025, the previous rate will be applied.
