Current Conveyancing Matters

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Matters & Clients > Conveyancing > Current Conveyancing Matters

Purpose: Lists all active Conveyancing matters, including details such as matter number, client, property and key dates, filterable by matter and staff.

Report Trigger: The Current Conveyancing Matters report will reference any Conveyancing matter with a completed Property card attached. 

Filters:

MattersIncludes two filters:
  • Matter Status: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected matter status(es).
  • Matter Type: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected matter type(s). 
Staff Includes two filters: 
  • Staff Responsible: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected Staff Responsible. 
  • Staff Acting: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected Staff Acting. 
DisplayGroup By: Allows the report to be grouped by one of the following options: 
  • None (default): No grouping is applied. 
  • Matter Status
  • Matter Type
  • Staff Responsible
  • Staff Acting

Report Fields:

Matter No. The Conveyancing Matter's matter number
ClientThe matter's client(s)
Resp.The Person Responsible on the matter.
Act.The Person Acting on the matter.
Matter Type The matter's matter type. 
Matter StatusThe status of the matter.
Property AddressThe matter's Property Address.
Exchange/ Contract The matter's Exchange date, entered under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab. 
Completion DateThe matter's Completion Date, entered under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab.
