You can access your LEAP software by:

• Double-clicking  on your desktop and entering your login details, or
• Clicking  on your Windows taskbar and entering your login details.

1. Enter your username and password then click Sign in.
   
   You're able to automatically log in the future, if you tick the Sign in automatically next time checkbox.

2. You can also change your password when needed. Or get another password, if you've forgotten your current one.

Once you are logged in , a LEAP matter list window will appear.

• To create a new matter, click the New Matter button located in the top-right corner.
  You can also search for an existing matter and double-click it to open.
• Create new client cards to add to the matter, or search for existing cards.
• To begin drafting documents, use the New Document option found under LEAP Productivity > Details & Correspondence.

Before you exit, make sure you save and close any open matters and documents leaving only your Matter List displayed.

To exit LEAP:

• Click the LEAP Menu > Exit.

If you are experiencing issues with LEAP freezing or becoming unresponsive when exiting the application or closing a matter,please ensure that LEAP is added to your Antivirus and Firewall Exception List.
