Please note that when the Task Start/Due Date filter is applied, the report excludes tasks without a Start or Due Date. To include such tasks, set the 'Date Filter' to 'None' to disable the Task Start/Due Date filter, allowing the report to capture all tasks regardless of whether they have a date.

Report Filters:

Date Filter	Defines how the Date Range filter applies: None: Disables the Date Range filter. Task Start Date: Limits results to tasks with a start date within the specified range. Task Due Date: Limits results to tasks with a due date within the specified range.
Date Range	Displays tasks according to the 'Date Filter' setting.
Staff	Includes three staff-related filters for narrowing down matters: Include Inactive Staff: No: Exclude inactive staff in the Staff list for selection. Yes: Include inactive staff in the Staff list for selection. Staff Type: Identifies the role of the selected staff. Staff Acting Staff Assisting Credit Staff: Provides a list of staff members to choose from. The list dynamically updates based on the selected Include Inactive Staff option. NOTE: A staff member is considered inactive if their Current Staff Member option is togged off under the Access & Permissions in the Staff Details window (Menu > Settings > Application > Settings > Firm > Staff > members). These three filters work together to refine staff selection, thereby narrowing down associated matters. Specifically, the Include Inactive Staff option determins whether inactive staff are available for selection, while the Staff Type filter identifies the role of the selected staff for matter restriction. For example, if your focus is solely on matters where Staff A (an active staff member) assumes the role of Staff Responsible, you can keep the Include Inactive Staff in its default No setting, set the Staff Type as Staff Responsible and choose Staff A from the 'Staff' list. Together, these filters effectively limit the displayed matters to those where Staff A acts as the Staff Responsible.
Assignees	Displays tasks that are assigned to the selected staff member(s).
Display	Includes two display options: Group By: Offers the following grouping options: None: No additional grouping is applied. Credit Staff Acting Staff Assisting Staff Responsible Task Status Expand Row Groups: Only active when the 'Group By' option is not set to 'None'. No: When set to 'No', the grouped rows remain collapsed, showing only the group headers. Yes: When set to 'Yes', all grouped rows are expanded, displaying all rows within each group.
