Viewing the History of a Matter

How To

Any changes made to the Matter Details section under the Details & Correspondence tab or Critical Dates section under the Calendar & Tasks tab of a matter are stored in its history. You can also view which user created the matter.

Right-click a matter on the Matter List or open a matter and Click the ellipsis icon () at the top-right corner of the window (either on the Details & Correspondence tab or the Calendar & Tasks tab) and select History of Changes.

The History of Changes window will show the last ten versions.
Click Load more to see older versions.

Each Version will show when the last change was made and by which staff member.
Expand the Version to see what the changes were.

Right-click a matter on the Matter List and select History of Changes.

The History of Changes window will open.
Click the drop-down arrow next to a version to expand and see what the changes were.
