You can now avail of updated Client Care & Terms of Business (Engagement Letter) to reflect the most recent legislative changes for the client complaint process, data protection and money laundering & terrorism.
We have introduced new Deeds in the Conveyancing section to include Deed of Conveyance (unregistered title), Deed of Assignment (unregistered title), Licence to Assign (leasehold interest) and Deed of Transfer. You can access these in the Conveyancing & Property - Conveyancing General - LEAP Forms & Documents - Deeds folder.
In the Business and Corporate section we have now added a new Share Purchase Agreement. You can access this in the Business & Corporate - Transactions - Corporate General folder.
