We have introduced a new s29 Appeal calculated date, which calculates the expiry date upon which you can make a s29 Appeal to the Department of Education & Youth (which is 42 calendar days from the Board of Management decision).

Action Against the Police matter type:
We have added Police Service of Northern Ireland, OPONI, NI Policing Board, Expert, Medical Practitioner and Coroner matter cards; and Letter to PSNI Date, Complaint Submitted to OPONI Date, Proceedings Opened Date and Proceedings Issued Date critical dates.
Administrative - Education matter type:
We have added Board of Governors and SENDIST matter cards.
Consumer Dispute matter type:
We have added Mediator, Financial Conduct Authority, Court and Counsel matter cards; and Mediation Date, Proceedings Opened, Issued and Served Date critical dates.
Planning & Construction Dispute matter type:
We have added Expert, Local Council, Planning Appeals Commission (PAC), Department for Infrastructure (DfI) and Meditator matter cards; and Appeal Submission to PAC Date, Mediation Date, Notice of Adjudication Issue Date, Proceedings Issued, Opened and Served critical dates.
Housing Dispute matter type:
We have added Housing Association, Local Council, Department for Communities (DfC) and Northern Ireland Housing Executive matter cards.
Tenancy Dispute matter type:
We have added Tenancy Deposit Scheme and Rent Assessment Panel matter cards.
