An optional 'Non-Gen AI Use Declaration Clause' has been added to High Court Affidavits across the above matter types as follows:

  • LL-IRE-SUPC-042 - Affidavit as to stock
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-060 - Affidavit of verification
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-118 - Affidavit of means (civil partnership)
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-128 - Affidavit of service of notice of originating petition
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-132 - Affidavit of verification
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-141 - Affidavit of service of citation
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-142 - Affidavit of means
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-143 - Affidavit of welfare
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-181 - Affidavit of debt
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-192 - Affidavit of service of bankruptcy summons
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-197 - Affidavit of service
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-199 - Affidavit for bankruptcy summons
  • LL-IRE-SUPC-250 - Affidavit of Execution

A 'Delete as Required' field to include the clause has been added, which allows you to remove the clause if required.
