Adobe have recently released a security update which has caused an issue with our integration where users are not able to open PDFs from LEAP.
This is a high priority issue for us and we are currently investigating this in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
In the time being, you can export the document to your machine by right clicking on the document in LEAP and selecting 'Export document'. You can then open this from the location it was exported to.
