Please be advised that some users have experienced difficulties when attempting to open PDF documents from within LEAP. This is a known compatibility issue following recent Adobe security updates.
To restore full functionality, users are required to adjust settings within Adobe Acrobat as these settings can occasionally interfere with the LEAP add-in, preventing documents from loading correctly.
