Microsoft has changed how Microsoft Marketplace task pane add-ins behave in Word. Add-ins, including LEAP for Word, can no longer be configured to open automatically when a document is launched. You now need to open them from the Add-ins menu in Word.

Please note that this is expected Microsoft behaviour and does not indicate a problem with LEAP.
