How To

Location: LEAP Menu > Accounting > Reports > Client Funds > Client Accounts Trial Balance by Client

Purpose: Generates a list of Client Accounts ledger account balances by clients as of a specified date for a selected Client Accounts Bank Account, with options to include clients based on relevant balance or transaction history.

Fields:

At Date	Displays matters based on other filters at the selected date.
Bank Account	A list of general Client Funds Bank Accounts. The report will display transactions for the selected Client Funds Account.
Clients with	Displays the following: With balances only: Containing a Balance at the selected ‘To Date’. With balances and/or transactions: Containing either a transaction or a balance at the selected ‘To Date’.
Expand Row Groups:	Provides an option to expand or collapse row groups. No: Collapse row groups, listing only Clients and their respective Client Account ledger account balance. Yes: Expand row groups, further including Matter No, Matter Description and Last Transaction Date.

Report Fields:

NOTE: Matter No, Matter Description and Last Transaction Date are displayed when Expand Row Groups is set to Yes.

Client	List client names.
Matter No.	Matters which meet the filtering criteria containing a Client Account balance or transaction.
Matter Description	The description of the matter.
Last Transaction Date	The last Client Account transaction recorded on the matter.
Amount	The Client Account balance of the matter.
Comparison	Located at the bottom of the report (downloaded version), displaying: Total Client Ledger Accounts: The selected Client Funds bank account's total account balance as of the 'At Date'. Reconciled Cash Book: Reconciled Cash Book Balance as of the 'At Date'.
