General End of Month Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Client Funds > Client Accounts End of Month > General Client Account End Of Month.

Purpose: Run the General Client Account End of Month (EOM) process for the period based on your last general EOM date, generating two EOM reports:

Client Funds Audit ReportAudit report detailing all Client Funds activity including a cash book summary for the specified period.
Controlled Trust Accounts Listing of Accounts ReportList of all Controlled Trust Accounts List of Accounts with a balance.

Last General EOM Date is set via LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Accounting > Reports. Changing the Last General EOM Date will not reset the page numbering; it will continue to increment.

Next Run Date Specifies the period for which the General End of Month (EOM) process is executed.
Month (Year)Displays the month and year corresponding to the generated reports.
Reports Provides a downloadable PDF version of the two reports.
Actions Indicates the available actions for the selected period.

Optional Setting:

  • Users have the option to include a 'Signed and reviewed by' person when running the EOM process.
