Missing Invoices on the Receipt Window

An invoice is missing on the Receipt window. An invoice will only appear on the Receipt window if it has an outstanding balance and is marked as Final - Printed/Sent.

  1. Close any open receipts.

  2. Open the matter.

Desktop: Click LEAP Accounting > Office Accounting > Payments & Debtors.

Web: Hover over Office Accounting > click Payments & Debtors.

  1. Find and select the invoice, that is missing from your receipt, on the list and click / double-click to open it.

  2. Confirm that the Status of the invoice is Final - Printed/Sent.

  3. Check that the Balance Due on the invoice is not zero.

  4. Click Save & Close.

  5. If there's an amount for Balance Due and the status of the invoice is Final - Printed/Sent, try re-creating the receipt.

If issues continue occurring with invoices, this may be due to a card synchronisation error. Please refer to the Card Synchronisation Error article to resolve the issue.
