Uninstall and reinstall LEAP Mobile and LEAP Desktop

This ensures you’re using the latest version and removes any corrupted files or settings.

Update Your Device’s Operating System

Make sure your iOS or Android version is up to date.

Check App Permissions                                                                                                       

 Verify LEAP has all the necessary permissions to function properly.

Clear the cache and app data

Android: Go to Settings > Apps > LEAP > Storage, then tap Clear Cache and Clear Data.

iOS: Uninstalling the app will clear the app data; reinstall afterward.

Check for active VPN connections

VPNs can interfere with LEAP’s ability to upload or sync data. Disable any VPN and retest.

Test the app on different networks

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to identify network-related issues.

Check your device's storage capacity

Insufficient storage may prevent files (such as photos or voice memos) from saving or uploading.

Ensure Caller ID is enabled

Some firms require Caller ID for proper app functionality. Disabling Caller ID can prevent LEAP Mobile from loading. Check your phone settings to enable the feature.

Use the default messaging app

If you are using a third-party messaging/SMS app, this can cause interference with LEAP Mobile operations. You will need to switch back to the default messaging app, then restart LEAP and test again.
