When to Contact Accounts

 

To contact our Accounts Team, you can email finance@leap.co.uk directly for assistance with any of the following :

  • Queries regarding your LEAP invoices or subscription
  • Requesting a copy of your LEAP contract
  • Queries regarding reducing / cancelling a licence
  • Inquiries regarding licences such as pricing / renewal costs, licence type (if Contracted or Flexi)
  • Updating your LEAP payment details for paying invoices to LEAP
  • Changing your direct debit details
  • Updated your credit card and need to add the new details for the new monthly payment in LEAP
  • Find out when your subscription starts and ends

When to Contact LEAP Practice Productivity Advisors

 

To view your dedicated Practice Productivity Advisor, please log in to the LEAP User Portal with your LEAP Credentials.
 
Your Practice Productivity Advisor can assist you with any of the following:

  • Best practices in LEAP
  • Getting the most out of the LEAP investment
  • Showcasing new innovations

When to Contact LEAP Certified Consultants

 

Please contact a LEAP Certified Consultant from our Partner Network for assistance with any of the following:

  • Changing your accounting platforms (i.e QuickBooks to Xero or from Xero to QuickBooks)
  • Changing your VAT reporting basis
  • Creating new custom precedents or Wordbills
  • In-depth analysis of your LEAP reports

When to Contact LEAP Certified Bookkeeper

 

Should you have a more complex query regarding your Client Accounts Bank Reconciliation, you may wish to consider contacting a LEAP Certified Bookkeeper from our Partner Network.

You may seek assistance for any of the following queries:

  • If you have a variance in your Client Accounts Bank Reconciliation that you are unable to locate the cause for
  • If you have additions/adjustments in your Client Accounts Bank Reconciliation that are several months or years old and you are unable to locate the corresponding transactions for these
  • If you require an in-depth comparison and analysis of your LEAP Reports to reports from your Accounting Software (e.g. QuickBooks /Xero)
