Conveyancing & Property

• Conveyancing - all matter types: New Land & Property Services, Registry of Deeds and LPS Rate Dept. matter cards have been added and a new Local Council matter card has replaced Local Authority.
• Conveyancing - Purchase New Build: A new National House-Building Council matter card has been added.
• Conveyancing - Purchase Buy-to-Let: A new Department for Communities matter card has been added.
• Conveyancing - Purchase Right to Buy: A new Northern Ireland Housing Executive matter card has been added.
• Conveyancing - Rights over Land: A new The Lands Tribunal matter card has been added. A new The Lands Tribunal folder has been added and automated forms will be available in the coming months.
• Conveyancing - Tenancy: New Department for Communities and Rent Assessment Panel matter cards have been added. A new Department for Communities folder has been added and automated forms will be available in the coming months.
• Critical Date: An LPS Registration Date has been added to Conveyancing - Purchase, New Build, Registration and Right to Buy matter types.

Criminal

• Criminal Crown Court and Criminal Law: A new PSNI, PSNI Station and PCNI (Parole Commissioners for Northern Ireland) matter cards have been added. A new PBNI (Probation Board for Northern Ireland) matter card has replaced the Probation Board matter card.
• New Forms: 5 x new Court forms and 1 x new Legal Aid form will be automated and added in the coming months.
• There will be more changes to Criminal matter types in the New Year, which we will update you on when they are available.
