• In the Purchase matter type, the following critical dates have been added or amended:

1. Priority Search Date has been added.
2. Mortgage Offer Date has now replaced Mortgage Approval Date.
3. Certificate of Title Received Date has been added.
4. Property Certificate Received Date has been added.
5. Contract Exchange Date has replaced Exchange Date.
6. Mortgage Funds Received Date has been added.
7. Land Registry Completion Letter Received Date has been added.

• In the Remortgage matter type, the following critical dates have been added or amended:

1. Searches Requested Date has been added.
2. Searches Complete Date has been added.
3. Property Certificate Requested Date has been added.
4. Property Certificate Received Date has been added.
5. Certificate of Title Sent to Lender Date has been added.
6. Contract Exchange Date has replaced Exchange Date.

• In the Sale matter type, Contract Exchange Date has replaced Exchange Date.
