There have been many changes made across the Wills & Lifetime Planning matter types, as follows:

• Assisted Decision Making matter type

1. Designated Healthcare Representative (DHR) has been added as a dropdown option in the Appropriate Adult table.
2. The Decision Support Service, National Advocacy for People with Disabilities (NAS) and the HSE matter cards have been added.
3. Appointment Date, Decision Support Arrangement Date, Notice of Execution Date and DSS Submission Date critical dates.

• Enduring Power of Attorney matter type

1. The Decision Support Service, National Advocacy for People with Disabilities (NAS) and the HSE matter cards have been added.
2. Appointment Date, POA/EPA Date and POA/EPA Registration Date

• Lifetime Planning matter type

1. Nursing Home Support Scheme (Fair Deal), Post Office and Credit Union matter cards have been added.

• Power of Attorney - General matter type

1. HSE, Witness for Donor and Witness for Attorney matter cards have been added.

• Wills and Wills & Enduring Power of Attorney matter types

1. The Decision Support Service, Probate Office/District Probate Registry and Wills Registry Ireland matter cards have been added.
2. A New Wills Details matter card has been added.
3. Wills matter type: Will Appointment Date, Will Instructions Taken Date, Draft Will Approved by Client Date, Draft Will Sent to Client Date, Final Will Sent to Client Date, Will Executed Date, Letter of Wishes Executed Date and Will Storage Registered Date critical dates have been added.
4. Wills & Enduring Power & Attorney matter type: Appointment Date, POA/EPA Date and POA/EPA Registration Date have been added.

• Tax matter types

1. Appointment Date and Date of Inheritance critical dates have been added.

New Matter Feature - Contact Confidentiality

Northern Ireland

Conveyancing & Property - Purchase and Tenancy matter types

There have been new forms added to this matter type, as follows:

Redemption of Ground Rent folder:

• Deed of Declaration (Supplemental to form 107-108) [LP-NI-LR-001]

Department of Communities folder:

• Initial notification of suspected tenancy fraud to DfC [LL-NI-CNV-007]
• TCI calculation form [LL-NI-CNV-008]
• Notice to be served by a landlord where a dwelling-house held under a secure tenancy appears to have been abandoned [LL-NI-CNV-009]

Criminal

There has been a new Legal Aid form added to this matter type, as follows:

• Legal Aid Management System (LAMS) Change Request Form (Practitioner) [LL-NI-LSANI-099]
