Account Codes

Before you install LEAP, your accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) must be set up with the relevant LEAP codes. Once the two programs are linked, the relevant codes can be entered into LEAP. This will ensure that the office accounting details such as receipts, cheques and invoices are transferred through the correct amount into your accounting software. If you need to change these nominal ledger account codes, please contact a LEAP Consultant.

Set up your LEAP account codes in your accounting software.
Click Accounting > under Nominal Ledger > Account Codes.
Enter the relevant account codes as required.
Click Save.
